Custom Confetti Options:
★ No Confetti: Sometimes you don't need anything more!
★ Confetti Mixes A-N: True customizing like never before! You may add villagers together with the same mix number if you want them to have the same confetti or add them individually with different mix numbers if you want them different.
★ Random Confetti: Let me do the work for you! Random IS random. (This is also the only way to get limited-edition confetti and custom mixes that aren't listed!)

✔️ Research all villagers you are requesting, some villagers are NOT fully supported in certain game, therefore will not summon a villager.
✔️ Make sure quantity ordered and villager names provided, are the SAME. If there is any discrepancy you will receive the number of villagers you ordered starting from the first one you listed. (You may place a second order for any that were missed in the initial one, but this will incur additional handling/shipping fees that are non-refundable.)

Once packages have been shipped, it is in the care of USPS. Unfortunately, USPS has been known to occasionally lose packages, so I recommend adding insurance to protect your purchase. As a small business, taking on the expense of every package that gets lost isn't feasible, so if you do not add insurance, your package will not be refunded or replaced.
𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘:
• Insurance claims are handled by 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.
• HojiraCrafts will only cover up to the amount of your insurance purchased and 𝗻𝗼𝘁 your entire order 𝙪𝙣𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 the shipping insurance purchase is 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 than your purchase.
• Insurance covers does 𝗻𝗼𝘁 cover late packages and I will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 refund or resend your package simply because it is late. I will send a refund or replacement after your package has been in transit for 𝟯𝟬 days.
